Subscription Terms & Conditions
Black Kelpie Coffee Co.
1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to Black Kelpie Coffee Co., you agree to receive one (1) 250g bag of coffee per month, delivered to the address provided at checkout on a recurring basis.
2. Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
- Payment will be taken automatically using your selected payment method
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date
3. Failed Payments
- If a payment attempt fails, we will automatically retry the payment
- After two (2) unsuccessful payment attempts, your subscription will be automatically cancelled
- You may re-subscribe at any time
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Coffee is dispatched on a monthly cycle from the date of your initial order
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location
- Black Kelpie Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services
5. Changes & Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date
- Changes to delivery address or payment details must be made prior to the next billing cycle
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled for that cycle
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns
- Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Any issues must be reported within a reasonable time of delivery
7. Availability
- All subscriptions are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to substitute beans of equal quality if necessary
8. Right to Cancel
Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, or operational issues.
