What are The Depths?
The Depths are our way of inviting you into a layered coffee experience — from calm beginnings to a more compelling pull beneath the surface. Each step is crafted to deliver flavour, character and story.
Are your coffees ethically sourced?
Yes — we work with trusted growers who share our respect for quality, transparency and long-term relationships. Craft and character matter as much to them as they do to us.
How does decaf fit into The Depths?
Our decaf sits outside the numbered Depths but carries the same intention. It’s smooth, composed, and deeply satisfying — calm above, expressive beneath.
How long before my coffee is dispatched?
We roast and prepare to order. Once paid, your coffee is roasted and dispatched within 2–5 working days so it arrives fresh.
Can I track my order?
Yes — where tracking is supported you’ll receive updates once your order has shipped.
Do you ship across the UK?
We ship throughout the United Kingdom. Any future expansion beyond the UK will be communicated here.
What grind options are available?
Grind options are listed per product. If your preferred grind isn’t shown, contact us — many roasters can fulfil special requests.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast in small batches and dispatch fresh to ensure you receive coffee with depth and clarity of flavour.
Can I use espresso machines and other brew methods?
Yes. Our beans perform well in espresso, filter and milk-based drinks — trust your brewer and adjust grind for preference.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns on opened products aren’t accepted unless the item is faulty. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange or get a refund?
Unopened items can be returned within a set period, provided they’re unused. Contact us for guidance.
