Customers may purchase products from Black Kelpie Coffee Co through our website and approved sales channels. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Customers will receive an order confirmation email with purchase details.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer must follow our returns policy.
