WIN A YEAR OF COFFEE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion
During August, eligible new customers who place a qualifying first order with Black Kelpie Coffee Co. will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win 12 × 250g bags of Black Kelpie Coffee, delivered one bag per month for 12 months.
2. New Customer Eligibility
The promotion is open to new customers only.
For the purpose of this promotion, a new customer is someone who:
Has not previously placed an order with Black Kelpie Coffee Co.
Is placing their first ever order with Black Kelpie Coffee Co. during the promotional period.
Provides genuine and accurate customer details when placing their order.
Customers who have previously placed an order with Black Kelpie Coffee Co. are not eligible, even if they use a different email address, delivery address or payment method.
Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to verify previous orders and determine eligibility.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 1 August to 31 August 2026  inclusive.
Orders placed outside this period will not qualify for entry.
4. Prize
One winner will receive:
12 × 250g bags of Black Kelpie Coffee
One bag delivered each month
The winner may choose their preferred available coffee for each month's delivery.
The maximum prize value is £120 of coffee.
The coffee is provided free of charge. The winner is responsible for the applicable £1.99 postage charge for each monthly delivery.
5. Prize Subscription
The winner will be set up on a monthly subscription for the purpose of processing the £1.99 postage charge.
The first coffee delivery will be scheduled for the 1st day of the month following the month in which the winner is successfully set up on the subscription.
The prize consists of 12 monthly deliveries.
6. Postage
The £1.99 postage charge will be automatically taken each month from the payment method provided by the winner.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds available.
If the £1.99 postage payment fails, that month's coffee will not be dispatched until the postage charge has been successfully paid.
A missed delivery due to non-payment does not entitle the winner to an additional month beyond the original 12-month prize period.
7. Changing Coffee
The winner may change their chosen coffee for the following month's delivery.
Requests must be submitted by email and received by Black Kelpie Coffee Co. at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Requests received less than 14 days before delivery may not be processed, and the previously selected coffee may be sent.
All coffee selections are subject to availability.
8. Delivery
The winner must provide a valid delivery address.
Any change of address must be notified to Black Kelpie Coffee Co. before the next scheduled delivery.
Black Kelpie Coffee Co. cannot accept responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect or outdated address where the winner has not provided updated details.
9. Selecting the Winner
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible new customers who place a qualifying first order during the promotional period.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their order.
Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to request reasonable verification of the winner's identity and eligibility.
If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide the required information within a reasonable period, an alternative winner may be selected.
10. Prize Restrictions
The prize:
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be transferred to another person.
Cannot be sold or resold.
Is limited to one prize per person/household.
Cannot be combined with another free-coffee promotion unless agreed by Black Kelpie Coffee Co.
11. Coffee Availability
If a particular coffee becomes unavailable, Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to offer the winner an alternative available 250g coffee of equivalent value.
12. Returns & Refunds
If the qualifying first order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise reversed, the customer will no longer qualify for the prize draw.
If a customer is found to have deliberately created multiple accounts or placed an order using false information to obtain additional entries, Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to disqualify them.
13. Personal Information
Customer information will be used to process the order, administer the promotion and, where applicable, deliver the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Black Kelpie Coffee Co.'s applicable privacy policy.

15. General
Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to refuse or disqualify an entry where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or an attempt to manipulate the promotion.
Black Kelpie Coffee Co. reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
