Sourced from the renowned Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, this exceptional coffee originates from Negele Gurbitu's high-altitude farms at 1700–2000 metres. Harvested between October and December using traditional fully washed processing, these Heirloom variety beans develop distinctive character. Anticipate complex floral and funky notes with striking similarities to Earl Grey tea and whisky—a sophisticated profile that rewards careful brewing and rewards those seeking something beyond conventional coffee experiences.

Recommended for:

- unusual filter coffee
- surprising espresso
