In the cup, expect a full, assured body with restrained caramel sweetness and softened acidity. As espresso, it is dense and controlled, delivering presence without excess. With milk, it settles into a dark, velvety richness, unfolding layers of deep chocolate and a long, composed finish that lingers well beyond the final sip.
