Depth II — The Trows Brew marks the point where sweetness deepens and the pull begins. Drawn from the Las Isabellas farm on the western slopes of El Salvador’s Apaneca region, this coffee is composed, measured, and quietly compelling.
A Pacamara and Bourbon blend grown at altitude, it delivers a medium-bodied cup with low acidity and pronounced natural sweetness. Soft plum notes lead, followed by smooth chocolate richness that settles gently rather than overwhelms.
In the cup, it is balanced and reassuring — sweet, rounded, and steady. Approachable on the surface, with enough depth beneath to keep you lingering.
This is the moment of temptation.
